The Amriswil Wimmelweg combines imaginative hidden object figures, interactive activity boards and natural paths to create a varied family experience in Thurgau.
The Wimmelweg trail in Amriswil invites families to an imaginative discovery tour between the city and nature. From the market square, the approximately 2-kilometre-long adventure trail leads along the babbling brook out into the countryside. Lovingly designed hidden object figures, hidden details and interactive activity boards provide play, exercise and shared experiences along the way.
The route runs past the barbecue area at the Palmsteg, along the old Hellmühle and around the idyllic Hellmühleweiher. Between fields, natural paths and quiet feel-good places, there are always new views and small surprises to marvel at and discover.
Note: The Wimmelweg cannot be experienced at the moment due to renewed vandalism. (As of October 8, 2026)
