Association
The aim of Ostschweiz Tourism is:
- the promotion of tourism in Eastern Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein;
- representing the interests of the tourism sector in Eastern Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein at national level;
- promoting cooperation between tourism organisations in Eastern Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, as well as with national organisations.
Executive Board
The Executive Board comprises, by virtue of their office, the presidents of the cantonal tourism organisations, the destinations within the canton of St.Gallen, and a representative from Liechtenstein Tourism:

Responsibilities
Ostschweiz Tourism (OST for short) covers the cantons of Appenzell Ausserrhoden, Appenzell Innerrhoden, Glarus, St.Gallen, Schaffhausen, Thurgau and the Principality of Liechtenstein. It takes care of the following tasks on behalf of its members.
Collective members
The collective members of Ostschweiz Tourism are the tourist destinations within the region of Eastern Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Donors
The donors of Ostschweiz Tourism include local tourism organisations, local authorities or associations of local authorities, businesses in the tourism, hospitality and hotel sectors and their trade associations, public transport operators, service providers, business organisations and other enterprises.
