The wine bar Fläsch offers regional cuisine with seasonal ingredients. Guests can dine in a cozy 17th-century house with two dining rooms and a terrace. There is no printed menu; the dishes are presented on slate boards.

From 11:00 to 20:00, we serve a selection of small, delicious dishes that perfectly complement a good glass of wine:
• homemade strudels – sweet or savoury
• traditional delicacies from the Grisons region
• Styrian classics such as our hearty and popular Brettljause
