Wandern im Atzmännig - Route 5
Mountain station - Chrüzegg - valley station
This panoramic ridge and circular hike starts at the Atzmännig valley station, from where the altitude can be overcome with the chairlift (note opening hours). At the mountain station (at 1200m) turn left to Schwammegg (1282m), Vorderer Rotstein (1285m), Tweralpspitz (1332m) and on to Chrüzegg (1265m). From there it goes via the Oberchamm and Chopf back to the Atzmännig valley station Schutt.
Total hiking time: approx. 3 hours (route via Tweralpspitz)
Lower route: approx. 2 1/2 hours
The path leads past various fireplaces.
