Fancy a holiday in a barrel hotel or a wine tasting? In the barrel hotel and winery of the Waldmeier family in Trasadingen, you can combine both.
Since grandfather's time, we have been growing grapes on 6.5 hectares. Since 1991, wines from natural cultivation have been pressed in our own cellar using organic methods. Christian Waldmeier, winemaker and wine technologist with a master's degree, is the head of the wine cellar. In order to produce fine wines, he is actively supported by his family and motivated helpers in the care of the vines, the harvest, the pressing and the bottling.
