Toni Gübeli Käserei GmbH

Toni Gübeli was born with a love of craftsmanship. He grew up as the son of a cheesemaker in beautiful Alttoggenburg. In the cheese dairy in Dreien, he was able to gain his first experience at an early age, which still shapes him today. In 1982, he officially entered the dairy industry with an apprenticeship. After ten years of learned know-how, he obtained the Eidg. dipl. Master cheesemaker. In the company, 1 -2 apprentices are trained at a time.
With his personal character traits – tradition, craftsmanship and closeness to nature – the passionate cheesemaker founded the company "Toni Gübeli Käserei GmbH" in 2006. For more information, please visit our website.
