The raw material is always used fresh if possible from the region or from Switzerland. The chocolate is made from the best Swiss Grand Cru Couverture as well as the liqueurs & spirits are made exclusively with noble brands from Switzerland & from regional own brandies from the Distillerie Zimmerli Hans Zimmerli, 8215 Hallau.
To guarantee the freshness of all products only small quantities are produced. All Schoggi creations are natural products and therefore have a limited shelf life.
