Theatre in the St.Gallen Lokremise
The Lokremise , newly renovated in 2010, is available with two stages as the second venue of the Theatre of St.Gallen.
The Lokremise's theatre spaces are used for unique productions that redefine and blur the boundary between audience and stage. The Lokremise is an experimental workshop and the perfect place for concerts and theatre forms that demand an unusual setting. For each production – be it theatre, dance or opera – a separate spatial concept is developed. The projects often span disciplines and institutions and invite the audience to engage in personal encounters and share their ideas.
