We, the Fuchs family, market our turkey meat ourselves. We butcher turkeys almost every week and supply private individuals with mixed packages. The so-called "Bröckli" (smoked) can now also be found in shops in Appenzell. We offer fresh meat and are happy to pack individually for each order.
