Restaurant Seegarten

The Seegarten restaurant is characterised by the fresh preparation of its dishes. In the kitchen, Charlie Günter uses products from the region: the vegetables come from the surrounding farms and the fishermen from the neighbourhood provide seasonal offerings on the menu. Particularly discerning guests can rely on the restaurant's daily changing recommendations.

Over 750 fine wines are stored in the Seegarten's wine cellar, a third of them from Switzerland. The selection includes excellent vintages that will delight connoisseurs and gourmets alike. In 2002, the restaurant's wine list was included in the «Best Wine List», a prestigious list that only includes wine lists that have received at least 18 out of 20 points in the «Wein Wisser» newsletter. Only 19 wine lists in Switzerland currently belong to this exclusive selection.
