Restaurant Engel Herisau
Anyone who stops here feels like they've been transported back to the good old pub days. To a restaurant where Römer and Tschumpeli are still served, where people discuss God and the world at the regulars' table or play a game of Jass.
In the "Engel", craftsmen meet for a snack. At lunchtime, daily menus are served at moderate prices – including salad and soup. In the afternoon, hikers enjoy a snack or coupe with seasonal fruits. In the evening, families sit down for dinner, and clubs from Herisau and the surrounding area treat themselves to a nightcap after training or rehearsal.
And if you are hungry, our chef Hampi conjures up something delicious on your plate even at a late hour.
Events can be held in the hall for up to 40 people.
