Restaurant Edelweiss
The Restaurant Edelweiss is situated in a marvellous location in Triesenberg and offers a varied menu selection.
The restaurant is run by the fourth generation of the family, Jürgen Gassner and Mirjam Müller.
Not only can you enjoy hearty and traditional regional fare such as the Triesenberg weeks, but also various culinary theme evenings such as sushi evenings or speciality weeks have a permanent place in the Restaurant Edelweiss.
