Pumptrack Ruggell
The Ruggell pump track is located in the industrial area near the Widnau sports parks.
A pump track is a specially designed track that can be ridden with bicycles, skateboards, mini scooters and even inline skates. It takes a lot of practice and endurance to get through the track without pushing or pedaling. The aim is to build up speed through pure "pumping" (pushing up and down) of the body.
