Prähistorische Höhle Wildenmannlisloch
The most adventurous thing right at the beginning: the swing with the wooden box train from Starkenbach to the Strichboden.
The Wildmannlisloch is an alpine karst cave in Toggenburg, Germany. The cave is located on the northern slope of the Selun at an altitude of about 1628 m. It has a measured length of 192.1 m and a height difference of 2.4 m. The first few meters of the cave are accessible with dry feet, but the further you go, the more water there is in the passage. At the back, the water is about 20 centimeters high.
From here, the easy route leads in gentle ups and downs over the Toggenburg High Trail to Alp Sellamatt in two hours - always beautiful below the zigzagging Churfirsten peaks and past the mysterious Wildenmannlisloch, where little cave explorers get their money's worth.
