We have been producing our Altmaa Bitter since 2016 according to an old family recipe.
At the beginning of 2016, Philip Herrmann and Willi Eppenberger discovered a very special treasure in the cellar, the very last bottle of Ueli Bitter. Inspired by the unique taste, they unravel the traditional family recipe. Now Ueli Bitter is back on the market, but under its current name for trademark reasons. We run the business as a hobby with 3 generations together. So it is a pure family business, all members work free of charge, that's the only way it works. In addition, we also produce small quantities of Churfirsten Whisky, Philips GIN, Toggenburg Absinthe, Bire Rum.
