Öpfelfarm
The farm of the Kauderer family is located in the middle of the Thurgau. At the "Öpfelfarm" (applefarm) in Steinebrunn, the best, ripe fruits from the region are dried using a process they developed themselves, so that natural vitamins and minerals are retained.
