The boat school combines in-depth training with formats such as "Sail & Fun", "Womensailing" and "Full Moon Sailing". These activities allow for first sailing experiences, create relaxing moments and bring special moods on the lake closer. For companies and teams, the focus is on the "Team Learning Experience" concept, which strengthens collaboration. On board, clear communication, trust and an appropriate distribution of roles are important, which creates a shared sense of achievement and supports team development. Experienced skippers accompany the groups and ensure a safe atmosphere.
