Monkstrail Kloster Einsiedeln

Monkstrail is the name of the new excursion destination for all those with a detective flair. This is needed to find your way through the world of the monks on this special scavenger hunt. On an exciting tour crisscrossing the entire monastery grounds, you will not only learn a lot of exciting and interesting facts about the history of Einsiedeln Monastery and the life of the monastic community there today, but you will also encounter all kinds of animals in unexpected places, knock on heavy doors and hardly get out of your amazement at magnificent buildings.

So if you don't want to take part in an ordinary guided tour of the monastery, but rather want to find your way through the world of the monks yourself, this Monkstrail is just right for all of them.

Preconditions

At least one person in the group must have a smartphone that has an app for reading QR codes and can be used to make calls and access the Internet. Ideal for ages 14 and up.

• Maximum 5 people per group
• Maximum 30 people per start time (2 x 3 groups)

60 – 90 minutes
