The Rust butcher's shop is one of the last butcher's shops in Upper Toggenburg that still implements all the craftsmanship in a very traditional way.
The Rust butcher's shop has been in existence since 2015. We have replaced the Scheiwiller butcher's shop in the 5th generation and have been running it since 2015 in its more than 100-year history. We are a typical small business. From slaughter to sale, everything happens under one roof. Together with our three children, we are a family business in which everyone pitches in. With our motto: "Regional and homemade - tradition and modernity", we try to get the best out of every piece of meat every day with our 15-strong team. Our success in competitions proves us right. Our Lutertaler bacon, Toggenburg alpine sausage or pork rind stomach have already been awarded gold several times.
