Malbun play park
Easy to reach, above the Schluchertreff and away from the road, children of all ages will find an opportunity to let off steam according to their interests and abilities.
The play park in Malbun is the ideal preparation for the little ones' first attempts at hiking in alpine terrain. Children can practise their first safe steps and coordination of movement on the climbing and balancing facility. The soft woodchip floor is also forgiving of small slips. Stations such as the water and mud course invite children to play freely with streams, pools etc. in the shade of the trees.
For the very little ones, there is a toddler play area and gravel playground with an adjoining swing set. There are benches and seating stones dotted around the entire playground. Along the playground is the start of the explorers' trail, which also leads to the fire pit by the stream with barbecue facilities and the picnic area at the top end of the site. This area is suitable for families, kindergarten excursions and school classes to barbecue, eat and relax together.
