Deceleration, pleasure and quality
It all started with los "dos", Uriel and Raquel. Their coffee "journey" began quite unexpectedly in Ethiopia, where they learned to appreciate the benefits of freshly roasted coffee. Other influences led them to finally open Maillardos in 2016: An Open Roastery, to be found in Rheineck.
At Maillardos, various coffees can be purchased and tasted in the café.
The café offers countless classic and not-so-classic coffee drinks, interesting mixed drinks from all over the world, as well as select teas, including Japanese organic matcha.
