Küefer-Martis-Huus
The building dates back to the 18th century and is one of the rare examples of representative baroque farmhouses in our region. The museum section is located in the renovated and listed residential building. The rooms on the upper floor and attic are primarily reserved for exhibitions on various regional themes. The living room with tiled stove, the old bedroom and the kitchen with the old wood-burning cooker give an impression of the typical living conditions in the region.
The modern "Kulturtenn", which was built in place of the former stable attached directly to the house, is available for cultural activities of all kinds: Exhibitions by regional artists, readings, lectures, discussions, but also meetings of local senior citizens and events organised by regional associations take place here.
