An entire herb garden has been created from a single raised bed
In the summer of 2014, the first herbs were planted in the raised bed. In the meantime, an entire garden has been planted with various herbs and since 2017 Martin and Brigitte Rüegg have set up their own production and work room with a large drying oven.
Herb salt... and more can be found in many different markets. Martin and Brigitte visit the markets with the unique sales cart.
The various salts and products can be purchased at various points of sale around the Goldingertal. Orders are also accepted and gifts are also put together.
