The initials "HS-EM" (Johann=Hans Seiler-Elisabeth Müller) and the date "1716" are chiselled above the round-arched gate at ground level on a sandstone slab set into the wall (adjoining house, economy).
Guestroom beds for max. 6 persons. 1 double room and 1 single room on the first floor and 3 mattresses on the second floor in a cosy house (built around 1900) with small garden/sitting area and vaulted cellar in the old and quiet village centre.
Directly at the bicycle path and the brook "Biber" with view on the sculpture "Schöne von Bibern" surrounded by secular buildings.
In the immediate vicinity: bus stop "Dorf", children's playground, country pub, farm shop (7/24), typewriter museum, meadows, pastures, animals, hiking trail, nature park "Reiatweg", Badi Unterer Reiat with pub/kiosk (concerts), Hofen, Holländerhaus, Hofen, Restaurant Reiatstube, Opfertshofen.
Small breakfast (self-service), brunch (Saturday/Sunday on request). Bath/shower/WC, separate WC, kitchen, own dining area, washing machine (no tumble dryer), WLAN/TV/radio, garden seating area, small idyllic natural garden with fruit trees, courtyard area in front of vault, parking space.
The vault is at ground level. There are some stairs up to the house entrance and also in the house to the upper two levels.
Hostess "Silvia" is friendly to people, children and animals, uncomplicated and solution-oriented. In the house live dogs pug "Luna & Theo" and Maine Coon tomcat "Bilbo". Social and friendly dogs are welcome.
