Our bakery and café-restaurant are located in a beautiful, natural landscape directly in front of the imposing backdrop of the Alpstein massif.
As unique as Hemberg is, the Hörnli should also be unique.
Our 2-generation family business has been in existence for 30 years and has been constantly expanded over the years. The view from our restaurant with terrace of the Alpstein is breathtaking. The large selection of breads, baked goods and chocolate specialties are lovingly produced in-house. We are particularly known for our homemade ice cream and Toggenburg specialities. Every Sunday we spoil our guests with our "Bäcker-z'Morge" buffet.
From spring to autumn, the Hörnli is a very popular destination for motorcyclists and cyclists as well as for hikers, walkers and excursionists who like the wonderful sight of Toggenburg's nature.
In winter, our café is an excellent meeting place for snowshoe hikers, cross-country skiers, skiers and tobogganers to warm up with warm drinks, snacks and desserts.
