The Hirschen is: a place of special hospitality. It is home to loyal regulars and at the same time a popular destination for culinary explorers and connoisseurs. From a simple spring salad for a small appetite to a fine four-course menu with Sunday roast to a fresh fruit cake to fortify you on a hike: we have something for everyone. The wine cellar houses the classics of the region as well as the secret favourites of our vintners from the Stammertal. In addition, the "Historic Hotel of the Year 2014" award from ICOMOS (Suisse) proves that the challenging combination of monument protection and gastronomy can succeed.

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and are available until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive after 9 p.m., please inform us by 6 p.m.
The Hirschen breakfast is served in the stable or Hirschen from 8.30 to 11.00 a.m., in summer also in the garden. If you would like to have breakfast earlier, please let us know the evening before.
