Grillstelle und Badestelle Mündung Thur und Necker

A secluded bathing spot, extremely popular with locals, is hidden in the gorge near Lütisburg, where the Thur and Necker rivers meet.
The trip to the beautiful, quietly located bathing place has to be earned. A short walk is unavoidable if you want to reach the riverbank. From the main road that connects Lütisburg and Ganterschwil, gravel roads lead down to the river. Or rather: to the rivers. Because this is where the wild Necker flows into the wide Thur. On its banks there are several places to linger, to barbecue. If the rivers don't carry much water, the bed is wide and easily accessible.
On the way to the river is the historic wooden bridge Letzibrücke. There is a barbecue area and rubbish bins here, and a mobile toilet house is often set up in summer. Information boards provide information about the nature reserve. Respect and consideration for the beautiful nature are a matter of course.
