Grillplatz Steinwäldli, Mogelsberg

In spring 2018, the treetop path Neckertal above Mogelsberg was opened. Already in the first year, the path attracted numerous visitors from near and far. On a wonderfully landscaped wooden path you can walk through the treetops and enjoy wonderful views in all directions.
Four barbecue areas have been set up directly in front of the treetop path. Unfortunately, these do not have a shadow. Every now and then, the operators of the treetop path set up umbrellas. Next to each fire pit is a table with two benches. Sometimes benches are also set up. Unfortunately, the grill grates cannot be adjusted in height. At the cash desk of the treetop path, baskets with wood, barbecue tongs and a lighter can be borrowed. Sausages are also sold. There is a faucet and toilets are available in the log cabin. For children, the beautifully landscaped playground in the forest under the treetop path is an attraction.
Right next to the new fireplaces you will find the old Swiss family Feuerstelle. This is better than the new ones, as the grate can be adjusted in height and swivelled to the side. In addition, it is often in the shade of the nearby trees. There are two benches here, but no table available.
