The barbecue area Brandholzbrücke is located directly below the bridge of the same name, a covered wooden bridge. Right next to it, the Thur rushes past and forms a very nice bathing place here. The fireplace consists of a Rolma grill, which can be easily adjusted in height. It is framed by a round wall that leaves a passage open on the front side. On both sides next to the fireplace there is a table with two benches. In a small shelter there is a supply of wood and newspaper, as well as a garbage can. Cars driving over the bridge cause a heathen noise, but you get used to it quickly. Directly at the barbecue area, the Giselbach also flows into the Thur.
