The Ampferenboden barbecue area is located directly on the Necker. This flows here through a very wide gravel bed. From the Ampferenboden, the Ofenloch is reached via a mountain path.
The fireplaces are simply equipped, one of them with a grate.
Enough wood can be collected on the way to the fire pit so that a nice fire can be made on arrival.
Downstream, the Necker squeezes through a narrow gap. The children can play wonderfully in the wide gravel bed.
