Forster Viticulture
Above the rooftops of Weinfelden, the 5th generation of the winegrowing family lives amidst their vines and enjoys the proximity to nature, which is of central importance in their daily work and in the production of their wines.
Forster Weinbau has been proudly producing its own wine for two generations. This means that the family produces its own wines from planting the vines to bottling. This gives them room for creativity and personality, which is a very important part of winemaking and a matter close to their hearts. Knowledge and innovation have brought winegrowing in Eastern Switzerland a long way in recent years, and experience and tradition are the roots. Keeping the balance between these values is another goal that Forster Weinbau pursues.
