Smoking is not permitted in the entire accommodation / terrace. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has its own access via stairs. The apartment has a large, private terrace with a unique mountain view. A free car parking space is available. Sustainability and cleanliness are important to the accommodation. The building was built to the Minergie standard and is heated with geothermal energy. The solar panels provide the electrical energy.
