Farm shop offers
Seasonal vegetables, various salads, potatoes, cabbage, rhubarb, pumpkin and white and green asparagus.
Homemade pasta, jam and jelly, tomato sauce, sauerkraut, eggs, salad dressings as well as syrup, sweet cider and various brandies.
Meat products such as raw sausages, frozen meat and fresh meat.
About the farm
The products are grown in accordance with IP Suisse and Swiss GAP guidelines. This means environmentally friendly and animal-friendly food for everyday consumption. The Aeulehof is home to 5000 free-range chickens - the husbandry complies with the IP Suisse BTS guidelines - "Particularly animal-friendly housing" and "Out" (free range). When they are not in the barn, the animals can run around in the run yard, on the pasture or in the conservatory.
