The Falknis holiday house is a charming 2½-room maisonette corner house in a quiet location in the centre of Bad Ragaz. Spanning 58 m² over two floors, it can accommodate up to four people: a bedroom with a large double bed and a second sleeping area with a bunk bed on the upper floor, both with their own doors, plus an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and a new, open-plan kitchen.

The house features a sunny garden seating area with direct access from the living room, a balcony on the upper floor and a private garage in the car park. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the communal laundry room by the cellar. Wi-Fi is free, and there is also a Smart TV and a DAB+ radio with Bluetooth and a CD player.

Shops are a two-minute walk away, whilst the railway station and the Tamina Therme are a five- to ten-minute walk away. Bad Ragaz is well worth a visit all year round: thermal waters and tranquillity, walking and cycling trails, the Pizol ski resort in winter, plus excursions to Heididorf, the Tamina Gorge or the Landquart Fashion Outlet.

The living and dining area has tiled flooring, whilst the upper floor has laminate flooring. A spiral staircase connects the two floors; it is steep and not suitable for small children. This is a non-smoking property; pets are not permitted.
