Fähre über die Sitter
The small Sitterfähre in the Gertau is the only remaining ferry in the canton of Thurgau. The ferry dates back to the pilgrimage period and holds up to 12 people, depending on the water level.
The ferryman or ferrywoman takes the guests from the Gertau to the Degenau or vice versa.
The ferry operates from April to October.
