In autumn 2025, the Goldbueb beer was created - a success story in itself!
One of the most important ingredients of this beer is the spring water of the Artho and Rüegg springs in Goldingen. This water is not only used to brew beer, but has also been supplying several communities on the Gold Coast and in the immediate vicinity with the purest spring water for over 100 years. The more than 28 km long pipeline system transports the water without any pumps, only by natural gradient. This masterpiece of engineering still works reliably today. But where do these springs originate?
On this exciting and eventful guided tour, you will discover the origin of the two springs, learn exciting facts about the history of the Goldingen-Meilen water supply, visit the "Goldingen" collection well room and walk around 1.5 kilometres along the more than 100-year-old pipes including tunnels.
Private group tours
This tour is ideal as a team or customer event. It is offered in two variants:
• Small guided tour – 1 1/2 h CHF 160.00 per group
• Guided tour – 2 h CHF 190.00 per group
The group size is 20 people.
Afterwards, the specially created Goldinger aperitif can be booked at the Gasthaus zum Rössli in Goldingen. This is also available in two variants:
• KLEIN with dried meat, cheese specialties and spring water from the Goldinger Valley and our Goldbueb beer or a glass of Goldschatz wine for CHF 18.00 per person
• GROSS Goldbueb aperitif, with the Goldbueb beer menu as sample portions for CHF 26.50
