Community museum "Rothus" Oberriet
The theme is the rural life and work of the region in the 19th and 20th centuries.
The municipal museum is housed in the historically and architecturally interesting "Rothus". The exhibitions illustrate the rural life and work of the region in the 19th and 20th centuries. Topics are peat cutting, corn cultivation "From Törgga to Ribel", wood processing, Rhine floods and customs. You can visit a blacksmith's shop, a wainwright's shop, a shoemaker's shop and a working mill. Interesting temporary exhibitions provide insights into various topics.

Opening hours
May - October: every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month 2.00 - 5.00 pm, closed during the summer vacation. Also by appointment.
