Chestnuts, mulled wine and winter punch at the Cityplatz Rapperswil

The scent of freshly roasted chestnuts is in the air: from the end of October to mid-January, hot drinks are served and chestnuts roasted at the City Rondelle in Rapperswil - a meeting place to enjoy and linger.

The City Rondelle is no ordinary market stall: the round bar was specially designed for its location on the city square. Freshly roasted chestnuts from Italy, mulled wine and winter punch according to the house recipe are served, plus roasted almonds and honey from their own beekeeping.

Young and old can get into conversation at the all-round open bar counter, and seating invites you to linger. The City Rondelle is suitable for a short stop while strolling through the city as well as a meeting place after work - with family, friends or the team from the office.

The City Rondelle is only in operation seasonally from the end of October to mid-January; it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
