Büchi Farm Estate
The Büchi farm is located in the hamlet of Boltshausen, which lies on the southern slope of the Ottenberg between Weinfelden and Märstetten in the heart of the Thurgau. The farm has been managed by Lilian and Hanspeter Büchi in the 4th generation since 1999.
Viticulture has been cultivated in the Büchi family for generations and the grapes were sold to a wine press house. Since 2013, Hofgut Büchi has now been allowed to present its own wines, which are pressed by Schlossgut Bachtobel. In addition to the Müller-Thurgau "Ornament" and the Pinot Noir "Fachwerk", a rosé "Mosaik" made from Pinot Noir grapes has been new to the range since spring 2021.
The wines are sold directly from the farm, via the Holzofeschür and in some of Weinfelden's restaurants.
The cosy Holzofeschür with a large pizza oven can be booked for birthdays and celebrations for 35 to 70 people.
