Brunnen mit einem Knaben

The fountain combines classic design with the signature of a traditional Swiss family of landscape architects. It characterises the area and sets an attractive accent between the playground and green spaces.

The fountain concept dates from the mid to late 1950s and was designed by the landscape architecture firm Fredy Klauser. The Klauser family from Rorschach is one of the oldest dynasties for landscape architecture in Switzerland. In the course of the redesign of the park and the playground, the fountain was moved to its current location in 1962 and blends harmoniously into the surroundings.
