Charming and sunny 2 ½ room flat in a quiet residential area. Ground floor with a small garden and two seating areas, 5-minute walk from the village centre. Separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a view of the Fähnern. In the living room, there is a 160cm by 200cm bed for another 2 people or as a daybed. The kitchen-living room is modern with everything you need. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and hairdryer. The storage room in the cellar can be used and the parking place as well as WIFI is included.
