Far away from the sea, in the lovely hills of Toggenburg, there is a manufactory that should not actually be located here: the Balik Farm.
Here, the world's most famous smoked salmon is produced by hand and the farm stands for the unconditional demand for the highest quality. Sheikhs in Dubai, royal houses of Europe and connoisseurs from all over the world insist: If smoked salmon, then only the Balik from Toggenburg.
