Since April 1994 we have been running our small business in the pretty village of Ebnat-Kappel. In recent years, we have been able to build up a huge, very loyal clientele.
With a branch in Wattwil, we are also successfully represented on Bahnhofstrasse. With a high level of personal commitment, we and our 7 employees work for our customers with joy and enthusiasm. With the gentle, very long bread doughs, we have earned a good name far beyond the region. But we are also becoming increasingly successful in the confectionery sector with our special cake and patisserie creations.
However, we have become particularly famous with our famous house specialty: the Toggenburgerli!!
The unique chocolate speciality also makes us an innovative confectioner and fills us with justified pride. With an unmistakable and consistent attitude, we step confidently into the future and firmly believe in the commercial bakery-confectionery of tomorrow.
