Many different breeds of cows live on the farm
The mixed packages of meat offered on the farm come from calves about five months old and young cattle about twelve months old. They could drink as much milk as they wanted from their mother all their lives. Depending on the season, they also eat grass, hay and silage. The "multicultural" herd consists of suckler cows of various breeds and a Limousin bull that cares for the offspring. The animals enjoy their lives in the Atzmännig recreation area, on the alpine pasture Hintere Müsliegg or in summer on the Mürtschenalp.
In the Sunne Metzg in Hintergoldingen, the meat is processed and packaged according to her wishes.
