You will enjoy a guided tasting in the Gnoss-Stöbli (pre-booking required) and experience how fresh spring water is used to make the famous Appenzell beer and Säntis malt whisky, and how by-products from these processes are turned into innovative specialities such as CréaCeto beer vinegar or spent-grain crisps.
