Tröpfel, the non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from Swiss grapes and apples, flatters the palate and liver. The various zero-proof flavours are extraordinarily refreshing, sparkling and suitable for any occasion. The isotonic Paes or the Sansbulle without carbon dioxide are also surprising.
When the blood alcohol limit was lowered in Switzerland, the time, two Thurgau women and the fruits were ripe for droplets! Patricia Dähler and Esther Schaefer created their first non-alcoholic sparkling wine from grapes and apples from Eastern Switzerland. He received various awards. The women followed up on the success with three more droplets, such as the Kingwer, slightly spicy, with pumpkin and Swiss ginger, as well as with the Paes. The latter is an isotonic power drink in two flavours and perfect refreshment after sporting activity. The latest coup of the Tröpfel inventors so far is the Sansbulle, a stylish food companion for toasting without carbon dioxide and, of course, without alcohol. It is available in red made from regent grapes, haskap and aronia berries or white with lavender, sage, quince and white grape. At the Swiss Regional Products Competition, the Sansbulle received the gold medal. In the meantime, more than 70,000 bottles of Tröpfel beverages are produced annually and sold throughout Switzerland.
