Heusi viticulture with the musical wines
Philipp Heusi has been cultivating his vines in the Chläggi for over 20 years with a lot of passion and commitment. There he provides an essential part for the realization of his idea of authentic wines from the different vineyards around Gächlingen. On an area of 1.5 hectares, he cultivates the varieties Riesling-Silvaner, Sauvignon Blanc, Regent and Pinot Noir. The very clear, straightforward and honest wines are vinified and bottled by the Rötiberg winery, according to his ideas.
The sale of his own wines has become increasingly important in recent years. What began about 20 years ago rather as a sideline, has been steadily expanded since 2012. In addition to the classics, the "vinoton line" also includes rare examples such as the "leggiero" (Regent Rosé) or the "violoncello" (Cuvée Zweigelt/Pinot Noir). Of course, new and special experiments also have their place on the farm.
