On the trail of Switzerland's best-kept secret - in the Appenzeller® Demonstration Dairy you will find out why Appenzeller cheese has the spiciest flavour ever. The recipe for its herball brine remains a top secret, but you can put together your very own herb mixture and take it home with you. Be impressed by the huge cheese cellar and enjoy a fascinating view of the cheese vat. Visit the exhibition and immerse yourself in tradtitions, flavour and shreer pleasure.
