Fine dining combined with a unique experience

The unique restaurant with its one-of-a-kind concept offers a range of dishes that could not be more varied. Fresh dishes are prepared before the guests’ eyes and served in the workshop at lunch, in the evening or for Saturday brunch.

One of the highlights is the “workshop menu”, which is served six evenings a week. The homemade salad comes in a “toolbox” and the main course is presented right with the pan on the table. Thanks to the unique proximity to the kitchen, guests always know exactly which fresh ingredients are used to make their food and how it is prepared. The chefs in the workshop only make what they enjoy cooking and eating themselves.

But that's not all – guests can also look over the shoulders of the cooks or bartenders in the workshop. Whether business or a private occasion, event, food or drink - there is something for every group.
