A dinner with friends and guests without the stress of preparation - sounds like a relaxed evening. And because the best conversations take place in the kitchen anyway, we start with an extensive aperitif platter. The culinary highlight is the jointly prepared Italian-style tavolata. The evening ends with coffee and a bottle of digestif right on the table. 3-course menu with aperitif and canapés, wine while cooking and eating, water, coffee/tea and digestif CHF 145 / person incl.
